Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to make a reservation. • Reservations that include golf bags, bicycles or baby and child seats are subject to availability. • Cancellation of the reservation must be made at least 12 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund of the amount paid. • The driver will wait a maximum of 60 minutes once the flight has landed. After this time, the driver will leave the airport, understanding that the passenger did not travel and did not cancel the reservation within the stipulated time, so he/she will not be able to claim a refund.
