Cancellation Policy

To make a reservation, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. • Reservations that include golf bags, bicycles, or baby and child seats are subject to availability. • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to receive a refund. • The driver will wait a maximum of 25 minutes once the train has arrived at the corresponding terminal. After this time, the driver will leave the airport. It is understood that the passenger did not travel and did not cancel the reservation within the stipulated timeframe, and therefore cannot claim a refund. * Service duration may be affected by traffic conditions or issues beyond the company's control.
